# Christoph Gröger

Researcher whose 2014 paper with Schwarz and Mitschang is one of the earliest explicit articulations of **prescriptive process monitoring** in BPM. At the time of that work, he was at the Institute of Parallel and Distributed Systems, **[[entities/university-of-stuttgart]]**, and co-developed a holistic process warehouse for manufacturing that served as substrate for recommendation-based business process optimisation (rBPO).
