# Michael Rosemann

Professor at **QUT Brisbane**. Originator (with Jan vom Brocke) of the **six success factors** model for BPM maturity, which structures ch. 12 of the canonical BPM textbook. Wrote the foreword to *Fundamentals of BPM* 2nd ed. (Brisbane, Feb 2018).
