# Theresa Schmiedel

BPM researcher, long-time collaborator of [[entities/jan-vom-brocke]] (University of Liechtenstein; subsequently University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland — FHNW). Best known in BPM for:

- Work on **BPM culture** — developing and validating an instrument to measure organizational culture's support of BPM (Schmiedel, vom Brocke & Recker 2013, 2014). The "culture" factor in the BPM Context Framework draws on this research.
- Co-author of the **BPM Context Framework** paper ([[sources/2016-vombrocke-context-role-bpm]]).
- Co-author of the **CAMAS Method** ([[sources/2021-vombrocke-context-aware-bpm-camas]]).
